I was frustrated with them because of multiple scheduling issues (on their end) around my son’s cleaning. They were connecting me with a manager in regards to this and didn’t realize that they didn’t put me on hold on the phone. I could hear everything they were saying about me. Very unprofessional and upsetting. I will never take my son back there. Afterwards the dentist herself tried to call me and apologize, but too little too late. Her staff is rude and unprofessional.
My husband came here a few weeks ago and they refused to fix the broken tooth that he went in for. they wanted almost $4000 up front for a bunch of other work that they claimed needed to be done first. He's currently at a different dentist getting his broken tooth fixed with no issues. This place is a joke and only wants money. Also the lady dentist he saw was using the mirror thing and pushing it inside his mouth to make him turn his head instead of just asking him to turn it. Do not go here.

Went here for a general check up. Spent an hour and a half there and maybe 20 minutes with a person. Then tell me to schedule another appointment for a cleaning that they tried to get me to pay up fro

From there, the team is able to make recommendations and discuss options that meet one’s individual needs. If a customer comes in for a check up/standard cleaning.....Do what your customer wants. To refuse a customer of this because they don't want to follow your plan at a cost of 3 grand for 'bone loss prevention' is ridiculous. They told me it would be "unethical" to do a regular cleaning, that I need to follow their plan with all the non insurance covered treatments. I will file a complaint with the BBB as well. I will also contact my insurance company with their "plan".
Horrible place and nothing but liars. They told me That because it had been awhile since having a comprehensive exam that I qualified for one so I had one and they tried telling me to have my teeth cleaned, 2 cavities fixed, 1 filling and 2 partials it would be over $9,000 and without the partials It would be over $5,000 to have my teeth cleaned, 2 cavities and 1 filling before my insurance kicked in. I was there after 2 years of not going .. and the whole staff has changed - I was not happy with having a dentist that came in , did not introduce herself , looked in my mouth for 1 second and than told me I needed what I knew already , a extraction. The absolute worst dental experience ever, which is a shame because the Dr. and all of the techs are extremely nice, but the sketchy business practices of the corporate side of Aspen dental overshadow all of that. It is easy to see why this company had to settle with the state of Pennsylvania in 2010 due to them misleading customers by claiming to be charging them a certain price only to be surprised with a large bill on their next visit.

Worst dentist office ever! Don't even waste your time. You book your first apt. through a call center. I specifically told them I need my routine check up and cleaning...only at the end do they tell you both can't be done at the same time, fine. Then the office calls to get some basic info the call center didn't get (e.g. address and phone number).
