Jackie the hygenist was very nice & welcoming. She was very interstaniding of the pain that I was in at the time of my visit. She explain everything in detail for me. She also was very supportive to me when i was getting my tooth pulled. Dr Chan is also very nice and explained all my options. And very supportive when he was pulling my tooth making sure i was ok. Couldn't ask for better service.
Had all 4 of my wisdom teeth pulled yesterday. In combination with my pre appointments, Jackie Hassell really helped me out as I really dreading having that procedure done! As I awoke from my "nap", it was assuring to see a smile as she was right there and reminded me where I was and how it went. Just good people that work there!
Aspen Dental of Ashtabula has to be the best dentist experience that I have ever had! (I've had some bad dental experiences ) frown emoticon . From the first time I walked in the door and through all the departments I've been in everyone is very friendly and helpful. Dr. Chan is wonderful. He's very thoughtful and caring and welcomes lots of questions. He even called me at home after my procedure to see how I was doing! I definitely recommend Aspen Dental of Ashtabula!
