My son had an appointment today to have 2 molars plus another tooth extracted. Later today he looked in his mouth and realize the WRONG TEETH were pulled. He call your office and was told that there nothing they can do for him because he signed your contact. When you make a mistake you should have compassion and offer a solution . He paid $900.00 for nothing.
Literally the worst experience I have ever had at a professional office like this. Honestly can't even believe I have to give this place 1 star, I'd like to give it 0!!! This was my first appointment, and I was going there to have a wisdom tooth checked on. I've never been to this office before, and made an apointment because I thought the prices online were fairly cheap. real jackass dentist, rude and very cocky, needs to go back to china or Vietnam wherever hes from, very poor and sad in there
Dentist does not take the time to do it right the first time then the staff takes all the time to attempt to make it right and overpriced for that quality of care won't go back and don't recommend to anyone
