I went there because this was the only dental service that Humana would cover. I also had MVP via Cobra from my work coverage at the time. In the past, MVP covered annual Xrays and 2x / yr cleanings. I still had this coverage when I went there. I wanted to just get the teeth cleaned as I had moved away from my regular dentist and it was a year since it had been done. My husband had an appointment at 2:00 PM, he got there at 1:40 PM. No one told him they were running late so he finally left at 3:40 PM. I called and they they said they were running late, but when they called him he was gone. She was very upset and then put the office manager on the phone. I told her he was upset and wanted his money back and she said there is no money to return. I told her I wanted to come in and she keep telling me she had his signature. charged me 4k for a cleaning, crown and a filling ... had to fiance it ... then the temporary crown fell off in like 24-36 hours. today was a nightmare trying to get work done cause even though they said 4k they bill in small amounts and there was some glitch in their system so 1 hour late to get started...i finally got crown and filling done.... and tonight my mouth and teeth hurt like crazy.... I doubt I ever go back

These people are a joke. You make your appointment have its confirmation and then you get there and they say they dont have you in the system so you show them your confirmation and they still say there is nothing they can do about it. They lie straight to your face. And i have officially called corporate with how they continue to screw people over.

I had a good experience. The exay n the front desk person i think het name. Was Amanda was awesome she should get a raise because its had to get sweet people to work the front desk. It is the most important job because they r the ones who greet people n if they not nice i won't come back .they r most important person in ur. Office i will come back because of her Amsnda i hopei got her name right . the ashtabula office

About a year or two ago I had the first beginning stages of an implant put in. I was told I needed to wait, so I did. Unfortunately I lived quite a ways from the branch (about an hour) so I had to constantly cancel my appointment's due to weather and the fact that my son has many health issues and has spent quite a bit of time in the hospital the past year. I was thinking about coming in for teeth cleaning but from a family members experience I will not come. They charged them for a bill they already paid for, there is a receipt. Maybe the better business bureau will like to here about this �

Not very happy was there almost 3 hrs ( they were very overbooked) took 25 mins to take care of my Aunt & she hasn't been happy with her temporary teeth at all lots of adjustments & still not working for her!
