Please everyone save yourself a painful visit from going to the Ashtabula Aspendental. I literally spent over two hours going back and fourth with the facility explaining to them my active duty military insurance tricare they claimed they were VERY familiar with. They told me I needed to provide an insurance card I explained to them tricare does not provide them, I told them I could give them my SSN, DODID, or my benefits number they told me that’s not enough information. waited over an hour to be called back for x-rays. saw the dentist for under 2 minutes. I asked for the tooth to be pulled because half of it was missing, he flat out refused. then wanted to charge me $3000 for their treatment. I mentioned getting dentures because I only have 10 teeth in my mouth and 4 are broken. he absolutely refused. I wasted 3 hours and left in more pain than when I arrived.

Dentist more used car salesman then doctor. Have No idea how normal teeth should look like. 100 percent lie on there 100 percent money back on dentures. A Huge waste of time and money. Pathetic at best.

my appointment time was for 11am so i showed up 10 minutes early, sat an waited while the other 4 customers were called back ,so i went back up to the front desk an asked wha t was taking so long to be told that because i made my appointment online that that causes thing to be double booked. wow total wait time for that was 45 mins to be finally called back for an xray and to finish my paper i already did online to waiting on the dentist who finally came in after now waiting since i came in of over an hour to then sit an wai... read more

I attempted to get my teeth cleaned and the only thing I got was a sales pitch to completely rework my mouth. The people were friendly. I will never go back to Aspen dental. I wanted a cleaning and I got a sales pitch for $2000.00.

it felt like i was on an assembly line. the dentist never introduced himself. had no clue what was going on. then next thing i know, they are talking about financing and alot more work that i didnt need done. i was there to get one tooth pulled. dont know of why they gave me the hassle. i was so scared sitting in the financial office, i got up and left. i had enough cash to pay for a tooth to be pulled and then they told me they arent gonna pull it that day....the whole reason I went there to begin with. stick with y... read more
