Never, ever go to an Aspen Dental. I am currently in a situation where nearly 18 months after my service I am getting bills saying I owe them money after paying thousands. When I asked for an itemized ledger, I found numerous errors that changed the bill from me owing them another 400$ to me actually being owed money. But guess what! They already sent it to collections. Used to go to the Aspen Dental clinic in Auburn, but not anymore after today. Previously was satisfied with the services although it put me in over 5K of debt. The hygienist today was nice but scared me. Her hands shook and she scratched up the inside of my mouth quite a bit. She was having the worst time taking measurements with someone helping. I have been going to Aspen Dental in Auburn for almost ten years now with a LOT of dental work and I have never been happier. Dr. Henville and her team have gone above and beyond for me. Everyone in the office is super sweet, kind and accommodating. I have sent friends to them as well, and they have all been happy with the results. Aspen collected money 💰 up front and their work was substandard. They agreed to rectify the situation but want additional funds. Now an 88 year old woman on a fixed income with no dental insurance is out $5000.00 for dentures that do not fit properly and Aspen puts the blame on her. The company lacks integrity and their customer service is a joke, her only recourse is to now file a case in small claims court to redeem her funds and find a reputable dentist!!

They canceled my appointment the morning of twice in a row. the hygienist and dentists are great when you can actually get an appointment that happens.
