The Quality of the denture they made me less then a year ago was awful and the denture broke in 10 months. They fixed it but I had a terrible time getting them to get it fixed with out charge. Their prices are way too high and they keep trying to tack additional costs to your bill. I heard this complaint from several patients in their waiting room too. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone!
I really did like this place until after my extraction when I’ve reached out to them 3 times in 5 days because I’m in pain and no response.
DO NOT go to Aspen Dental, especially if you are a nursing mother! I had an appointment scheduled at this office a few weeks ago and THEY rescheduled on ME to today. I just had a baby and as any mother who is nursing or ever has nursed a newborn knows, they eat when they want to eat! My son decided that he needed to eat a few minutes before I was due to head out the door to get to my appointment, even though I had just fed him not even an hour ago. Unprofessional front desk. Arrived 10 minutes before appointment and waited 20 minutes after then asked was there a problem. Receptionist told me she would check in a minute but offers no explanation. After repair I paid twice what they quoted and didn't even see the lab tech to make sure it was acceptable.

Terrible arrive, pressures patients and overcharged. Does not follow contracted amounts with insurance. Promised refund, then denied it. Had to file with insurance, rude and horrible. 0 if I could. It's a good thing I keep all the paperwork. I Will get my refund one way or another. I tried to give them a chance but they refused to help and lies to me.

Very pleasant experience! Did feel a little pressured on the selection but I’m the end I got what I wanted! I was just worried that I would not get the financing but it went through!
