We went there today to take care of a problem with a patients dentures, which were warrantied for 7 years/ We asked for the manager and instead they sent us in the back and sent in a dentist, whom had no business in the previous denture. We asked for management to get the denture repaired. The patient (my daughter) whom has bipolar disorder was told to leave. Called for an appointment for my friend on a Saturday and got a Monday appointment. He doesn't speak much and I am his spokesman. He is anxious to; after the X-rays, actually have the dentures made and the last 2 teeth pulled. It may have been about 4 decades since he last saw a dentist and will be thrilled to be able to eat foods again that require chewing.
i have a loose tooth i have trouble with eating so i had all my teeth look at they are all bad that told me to fix them it would cost me 11,330.00 dollard i thank there nuts i can,t go on a paidment plan there said no so i can,t get it fix now i still have my loose tooth there will fix in 2 weeks that is bad 2 weeks i have to paid u 50.00dollard up wen i go in and 168.00 dollard to pull it i,m on disabilaty but they don,t care maybe i,m the worng color white i,m sorry i don,t say bad about anybody u guys still don,t help me ... read more
I can't say enough about how GREAT my experience was with Aspen Dental. I have severe anxiety when going to the dentist but I couldn't stand my teeth any more, so I called Aspen and made the appointment. I went into the office for my first appointment depressed and anxious, but I left the office so EXCITED and for the first time in a long time, I felt like I finally found a dentist that made me feel comfortable and deserving of a nice smile! This Place is horrible. The Dentist Dr. Henville that took care of my mother was useless and had absolutely no idea of what she was doing. she took my moms meauserements wrong and she wouldnt even fix her mistake. She made my mome dentures 3 times the size of her mouth and tried to tell her that thats how it should be and she should keep them although they were too big! the owner and office manager sat me down in a room wouldnt wven let me talk and just attacked me denying me the partial because they were trying to change the final plqn me and a corporate worker finalized i have never delt with such rude unprofessional people in my life. i felt very hurt and attacked. never go to this place. they are very rude
Very unprofessional and not very good. I have been in there multiple times for the same filling. It keeps falling out. Had it done 4 times and it fell out again. Now they say it probably has to be pulled. It's a front tooth. If they did it right the first time I wouldn't have this problem.
