Complete SCAM! Scheduled for new patient X-ray and initial $79 cleaning. Based upon “exam” would now need the $3500 cleaning option (the only option now available). Wasted the entire day and was super disappointed that it was all yet another scam. Aspen allowing me to leave without providing any actual dental healthcare should tell you everything you need to know about their business-model. BTW everyone there was super nice and very professional, specially the young lady trying to take my credit card.

Very impersonal, when I didn’t have the amount they wanted for an extraction. Almost 300.00 bucks! They asked well, how much do you have? Shady ass. BS! Wouldn’t even hold an appointment, for me til I got paid unless, I have them some form of money TODAY!?!? Wtf!?!? No ty! No…. I will pull this tooth with a strong and a door handle b4 I pay those sheisters, a dime!!!

I went here for a filling had aniexty was on medicine. I told the dentist he was doing a great job because it was going fast. I than call Marissa she tells me shes in charge and that i cant come back without being sedated (my insurance dont cover) due to to much aniexty? like what?? I cried before i went in, i was fine watching tv once i calmed down. like my teeth hurt, and you guys wanna tell me i cant go back? because of aniexty? lol

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dental office. I called and scheduled a cleaning. I waited for my appointment and watched several people come in after me and get brought back for me. Almost an hour later I was finally called back. During my appointment they did the X-rays and discussed what I needed to get done and that they just needed to submit to my insurance before they could do anything and would call me back to schedule my cleaning and work. I am really upset with this location. Terrible management. I have been going here for a while now. I just recently started going back. I got my treatment plans and costs I was ready to get on board again with taking care of my teeth with the help of Aspen Dental. However, this location seems to be going through dental hygienists like crazy. This is the second time I've had a phone call to cancel my appointment due to them not having anyone. not rescheduling...but cancelling. My consultation appointment went well. I was told all of the work I needed done and was given the layout of what my insurance would cover for all and what I had to pay out of pocket. I paid my portion in full to begin the treatment plan. I went in with an infection on my right side. They took care of the infection but my second appointment was for my left side which was in no quick need of repair like my right. teeth are 3 years old not least expensive teeth and have had 2 fall out uggg never again went in and they said they had to do exrays and all this other stuff few hundred dollars no way would I go back to them

Doctor did 2 minute exam asked me one question and then I was done ready for them to tell me I needed a lot of expensive work I can’t afford even with insurance did not accept my options
