This place is a JOKE! I called THREE weeks a go. Today at 10:09 I get there and they tell me they don't except my insurance... after the lady told me she would run it and if they don't except it my teeth cleaning would be free. Aspen dental has called me MANY times to make sure I was still coming. Get there and they say no that's not what they are doing and the higentils isn't even there!!!! JOKE
I think there people, I went for teeth whitening and it was time consuming but it was great!

I have an appointment coming up tomorrow after the initial free appointment where they basically decide what you need done. Staff is nice. I was called because they had a cancellation. Got there a half hour before my initial appt that was scheduled and I sat in the waiting room for probably 20min and they took me in only 10min early. Prior to that appt. We have no dental insurance unfortunately, and my husband needed a surgical tooth extraction. They quoted him a price & needed the cash up front before they even gave him novacaine. 45 minutes later they sent him out referring us to yet another dentist because their novacaine wasn't working. Even though he paid cash in full, they refused to give us a refund for today's visit, telling us we had to wait for a check in the mail. All they care about is money and production. Please stay away !!!!
The answering service was horrendous. Assured me that despite my horrible pain after hours there was no dentist on call that would see me. "Oh they don't do that" the supervisor informed me. Horrible customer service.
