went there for a dental emergency 4 days ago. went to the back did xrays which was painful and the lady doin the xrays kept makin the xray machine hit me in the face a couple of times. they couldn't figure out which teeth were botherin me even though i told them twice then the girl told me to go to the waitin room and wait to talk to a lady who deals with payment plans.. said they didn't take my insurance but yet they told my wife the day before that they did. such a horrible experience never goin there again.

Crooks. We paid almost $10,000 in dental work for my Husband and when one of his crowns broke off (he wasn't even eating anything) they wanted to charge him just to take a look at it.

Told me they would call by Last Friday or This Monday on my new insurance as I needed surgery this week. I went in on Wednesday and they said would you like me to call now? I moved to a new office today. Just poor customer service.
Place is awful. I showed up early for my appointment, and after sitting for over an hour, the receptionist acted like she didn't even know I was there. The staff was rude as well. I'll not be going back.

I ended up in the ER not long after going to Aspen in Auburn, NY. There are plenty of other dentist out there people. Please go somewhere else and save yourself the trouble.
