The entire staff at the auburn aspen are great they make me feel at ease every time I'm there thanks so much
The staff has been great every time I've been there. The crown that was replaced fit perfectly and the dentist was very patient with me and my huge gag reflex issue.
I am always nervous going to the dentist for some reason, however with staff like Dr. Wu, Celina and Bernice I am so comfortable. They are absolutely wonderful and make you feel at ease. Love talking to Amanda the office Manager when I am there as well. Can't forget about Nicole either she too is great !! Never once have I had a bad experience!! smile emoticon
Want to share, what a great experience I had at the Auburn NY Aspen Dental, the staff are wonderful if I had to rate the service and the quality of work I would rate it as a 10 plus. Julio the lab technician does a great job, wow , as usual I have seen his work for over 10 years and I am always pleased, thank you so much. When you enter the office the staff greet you with such a warm and friendly welcome it is so nice. These people changed my life. I'm a 24 year old who hasn't been able to smile in years. Within a week after being seen, I had a new smile and a new outlook! I am forever thankful for the kindness I received. And a special shout out to Amanda for making me feel comfortable at all times!! You guys are the best!!!
Everyone at the Auburn Aspen has been excellent! Very professional. The hygienist in particular, did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth. Because of my periodontal concerns, I look forward to seeing her every 3 months. I would highly recommend the Auburn Aspen to anyone in need of dental work.
I always had a fear of dentists, for as long as I can remember. I had serious work that I put off longer then I should have. Eventually, the pain won and I went to the Auburn office across from the Finger Lakes Mall. Never was I put at ease in a dental office as I was at Aspen. Everyone in the course of my treatment and surgery had me feeling safe and calm. You cannot fake this kind of care! I wish I had gone to Aspen years ago! It's the only place I will ever go! Thank you Aspen Auburn, for everything!!
