Everyone at this location was very helpful and friendly. Dr. Henry was professional and personable. The office manager, Tori was very easy to work with. I am looking forward to the great results I expect, now that we have a plan.
Aspen Dental in Augusta has made me feel like family they've shown concern with each problem I had needed service for. The dentist and oral hygienist both came up with affirmative actions to successfully get my mouth back on the right track. The office manager surprisingly worked everything out in front of me so, I could completely understand every aspect of my payments. They are on they're GAME frfr. I am very happy with there services, they ROCK!!!
I went to the Aspen in Augusta GA and the dentist even laughed as she read my chart where I had written last cleaning date; never. I told her I had to be honest I had an enormous fear of dentists and only time I had seen one I was completely sedated and had my wisdom teeth taken out. I am so pleased that I chose to go to Aspen Dental. Everyone I have talked to and dealt with have been so friendly! The hygienist, Sydney was great! Did not hurt doing my cleaning, not even once. Even with my very sensitive teeth. I have more work to be done but I can go without worrying! Love the modern, clean office too!
I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door til the time I walked out. Very warm environment. The entire staff were professional and friendly. I felt so at ease with everyone. I am going to recommend everyone I know to Aspen Dental. They provided me with the best care for my situation. I'm really looking forward to my next visit.
