A woke receptionist works here. I can't say if the entire staff is but they certainly can't be making much money with her screening people according to her political prejudice.
Aspen Dental us the worst place, my mom was a client. She is the pain and they will not return her calls, I have called the office and received the answering service.

Sent my son home in pain with no antibiotics and no pain meds. He can't have his teeth cleaned without 2000 mg of penicillin. Called and went up there said they would call some in. Now at 8 at night 9 days later he is still waiting.

Don't get Major Medical Procedures at this place! After calling 3 times the dentists sent my husband a message to deal with the pain best that he can. After having a major procedure done. NO COMPASSION!

The receptionist was rude, ignored my question and the office manager dismissed her behavior because she was having a bad day. Please do not visit Aspen Dental. It is privately owned by Kavita who lacks standards for this office. And yes there is a dog in the office. So if you are allergic to dogs, please do visit this office. There are other dentist offices who appreciate US.

I think it’s very disgusting how they let a dog walk all over the office when they are constantly working on peoples mouth open. WHY IS A DOG IN A DENTIST OFFICE WHEN ITS NOT A SERVICE DOG ! Very unsanitary ‼️ Nothing gets done about it because it’s “doctors K” dog.🤦♀️

RecommendedHad my first visit with Aspen Dental this morning and it was an unexpectedly great experience (i have dental phobia). They were very friendly, covid safety conscious and explained everything down to the smallest detail. Highly recommend them!🥰

I would not recommend my worst enemy to come get dental treatment here.... I had a broken wisdom tooth which was really painful... The Indian female dentist was very dismissive of my pain... After having to wait several more days in pain I finally had my wisdom teeth pulled which was a nightmare... It's been a week since getting them pulled and I'm still having trouble with swelling and pain... I went into see them.. She looked in my mouth for 2 seconds and ordered antibiotics... The clinic is beautiful, however it's freezing in there. After my exams and x-rays were done we were shown to a waiting room and they just kept us waiting. Well...it was too cold for that, so we left without finding out how much my care would be.
