Worse customer service I’ve ever endured! Never again!
I did not have a good experience at this dentist. The office manager was rude and I sat for four hours and didn't get anything done.
Please go anywhere but here.
The actual care was great and staff is courteous, but the finance department and others answering the phone could use some training on follow through. They had a computer problem while I was there and could not check on my insurance coverage so I'd know what my out-of-pocket cost will be. I've called and spoken with someone over 3 times and am told they will call me right back after they check on it, but no one ever calls. They were pricey but I didn’t mind at first because I had a great experience. Financed roughly $3k and a year and a half later all of a sudden I get a collections notice for work I financed and have already paid for? You’re kidding. Called and spoke to someone who wasn’t very friendly. Basically she said my insurance didn’t cover work. Well duh that’s why I financed all the work that was done and it has been paid off for 6+ months now. Everyone was nice; however, if a patient states in the very beginning, at the first phone call - they are unemployed and have no dental insurance, that should be a red flag to discuss a range of fiancial arrangements or cost and not have the patient wait a week for a "free" full exam then hit them with a charge that they cannot pay and make them pay it before the appointment (was told appt could not be scheduled until 60% was paid - did at least get an appt for have tooth extracted with a post-dated check.) People were nice. I had to wait on the doctor as if I was forgotten. However they are very upfront and caring. I’m going back to get work done and I hope that are as nice and welcoming as before.
