I started with Aspen dental January 18 of 2023 they pulled five of my teeth and it is almost July and they still have not fix them. They are nasty you never see the same dentist.
!!!WARNING!!! Take caution when choosing this location! Waste of TIME and MONEY! My First visit 6 months ago. I just needed a cleaning. They don’t clean on first visit so had to come back a couple of weeks later. A little inconvenient, but I was OK with it because they were in my network. My next cleaning appointment was 11/17/2022. I show up and sit in the waiting room for 20 plus minutes they call me up and tell me that they canceled my appointment because I didn’t confirm. I scheduled an appointment 5 months ago and confirmed appointment just 8 days prior via link sent to me by aspen. Unfortunately, they had staffing problems and nobody thought to call me and let me know my appointment was cancelled. I arrived on time for appointment but could not be seen. I spent money on dental insurance lost money leaving work etc. They offered to reschedule but why should I wait months more or continue with aspen if they knew weeks ago my appointment needed cancelled but didn’t inform me?
My husband was there about 3 years ago. He had to have a decent amount of work done. To this day, all of the back fillings have fallen out. These are supposed to last a while, if I'm not mistaken. We were charged almost 10,000 for his stuff to just fall out.
