Excellent customer service. From beginning process to the end, I was treated as if I mattered.
I received my dentures last spring. I took them back in for an adjustment, reline, in November because they weren't fitting properly. I just got a bill for $409.00 for a relinement, a matter of applying a thin lining to the top part of the denture. I was shocked, thought this must be a mistake. Called the office and was told that that is the cost for a reline, it wasn't a mistake in billing. Can guarantee I'll be going elsewhere from now on.

I went onto DNoA website to search for in network dentist in my area of Augusta, ME. This was one that came up and I searched Aspen Dental's website and saw DNoA listed as an accepted insurance. So I head to my appointment today and I filled out all necessary paperwork. They said my BCBS card was medical only. I told them I had Dental Network of America and they said they never heard of it!! Their service is terrible! Their phone lines are shut down and no one can contact them!! My daughter has been waiting for her permanent bottom dentures for over a year

Extremely unprofessional medical care! We are established patients not new. Scheduled my families appointments over 6 months ago for 9/21/22, was told via email today 9/19/22 that they needed to reschedule our appointments. When I called I was offered appointments for late November 2022. This puts myself and my daughter at 2 months over our Scheduled routine care and exam.
