What a joke. They double booked for my 1st appointment only to call me a couple hours before to reschedule. Wouldn’t tell me why I had to reschedule and not the other appointment. Came in for my rescheduled appointment that I put in my calendar while on phone and was told my appointment isn’t for another 2 weeks. Will have to investigate to see if my insurance is taken somewhere else.
Not be a greedy scam saying its free check up then sending a bill for over 100$
Today I went in for a routine exam. All seemed pretty well until I went to check out. Woman hands me a $600 bill and said my insurance was terminated. On the card it says it's 4/1/19 when I purchased the policy. The woman would not listen to me and acted like I was an inconvenience. Then I went into the waiting room and called my insurance company. Absolute worst, every filling I've ever got from them fell out. Botched one of my root canals and it took 3 hours and all the novicane my body could handle for them to do it over. Never going back.
incapable of " doing no harm" avoid at all costs!!!! cuz it will certainly end up costing you more than anyone should have to pay for.come in for cleaning... leave with cracked teeth!
Went to Aspen dental because of tooth pain .They did an x-ray an tell me I need three teeth pulled an I have an infection in my gum's .well any dental office I've been to will not pull teeth with any signs of infection an give you antibiotics an tell you come back when infection is gone not aspen dental they told me it would be fine to have the teeth pulled .so I was very iffy about it but i let them pull the 3 teeth the infection ended up spreading thru out my gum's top an bottom was one of the most painful things I've ever... read more
This particular Aspen Dental office should be reviewed by corporate for lack of customer service, and professional ethics. A dental office it shouldn't break someone's tooth, and then fail to repair it. There's a lot wrong with this picture so I'm reporting this to the Better Business Bureau, as well as any authority in Maine overseeing such practices.
I went in to get a tooth extracted and they pulled the wrong one. Didn't even say they were sorry. Stay away!
I constantly hear stories about poor patient care received at this location. Urging people to take their business elsewhere.
