This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a dental clinic. I went in to get a cavity filled and they FORGOT TO NUMB IT. Imagine laying there getting ready and WZZZZZZ! Start ripping my raw nerve apart. They didn’t even stop right away or apologize AND THEN TRIED CHARGING ME FULL PRICE!! These people are terrible I would never bring anyone here, especially people with nerves sensitive to powered drills 😣

I had the tooth you insisted shouldn't be extracted pulled by an honest dentist who seemed genuinely concerned with my well being He saw no evidence of the necessity of a root canal and his records will reflect that. I gave my statement to Kat Carnes at the Maine State Dental License agency against Dr Cuddy along with signed Medical releases for both Aspen Dental and the dentist who eventually extracted the offending tooth. I have appointments with the State Attorneys office to file a fraud complaint as well as with my atto... read more

I went to the Aspen Dental in Vero Florida, as my husband and I travel back and forth. This was my first cleaning with this office. It was by far, the Worst cleaning I have ever had. In and out in 15 min. Hygienist tried to sell me a water pick. I Will be going back to Maine in July already have my next apt. I have always had an excellent experience with the Augusta Maine Office, and they know how to clean teeth.

Went for about 1 year, in that time I had 4 different dentists. Fillings failed shortly after surgery. Brought back to the chair and still waited for another 30 minutes before they finished chatting to come take a look at what was going on. This business is treated like a fast food joint. Customers pay good money for quality and that is not something that was offered.

My initial visit was not as good as it could have been. I have had dentures since 1977( I had them out at 15) and I accidently lost the bottom ones 4 years ago- when Aspen took my x-rays, they said they cant promise anything, but bottom dentures would be $400. They said they took my insurance, but they do not. They didn't bother to call me back about anything. My bf has an abcessed tooth that needs to come out, but I would not go to Aspen to do anything

My husband has teeth that needed to be pulled. He went through chemo and radiation and it made the teeth worse. The quote with dental insurance was over $8,000 to have teeth pulled and dentures made. We can't afford that. He had two teeth pulled there and the charge was $200 after insurance. That was fine. A little insulted it needed to be paid for before they would even schedule it but we did. He had another tooth that needed pulled as well but since it wasn't on the original plan as being bad they wouldn't do it that day. ... read more
