RecommendedAspen Dental 's Berlin office. I called in the morning and they got me right in that afternoon. The xray was free. The staff was friendly and helpful. The cost was less than I expected and they took my insurance. Being comfortable is important to me and everyone there made my visit enjoyable if you can imagine that from a trip to the dentist.

Everyone is very friendly at the Berlin Aspen Dental. My only concern is with their method of billing. It seems they don't wait for actual insurance coverage to come in but use expected coverage amounts. This typically results in later unexpected charges. My previous private dentist offices never did that. The coverage amount was found and applied immediately, and there was no future billings. This was my first visit to a dentist in years, I felt so comfortable in this place. They explained everything and we're thorough about it. They made me go from being scared of having a bunch of teeth pulled to happy about it.
