this location has the most incompetent staff I have ever encountered! the only good person in there is the receptionist! terrible service.

Do not get your dentures done though this office. My ol'man has been waiting for two months to even wear his lower dentures. Aspen NEVER calls him back. It has been pure stress and hassle.

if Aspen Dental knew how to make dentures it would be a MIRACLE!!! These damn things have NEVER fit right, and all they can say is "adhesive will be your best friend." Why should anyone have to live like that? Learn how to make dentures correctly and things would be better. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND ASPEN DENTAL!!

I went in for what should have been a simple cavity fix and ended up with two root canals and a crown. I will never ever let this office touch my teeth again. I had nothing but bad experiences at the office minus the second cleaning I had after I complained about how crappy the first one was and how she rushed through the whole thing and hardly even touch my teeth. I’m an established aspen patient bc I’m a traveling nurse (so the ability to go to any office was key to choosing aspen for my dental bridge). I started my bridge at one office and bc of switching contracts, got my permanent placed by my home Aspen Dental. My “permanent” bridge somehow popped off 14 days after getting it placed.
