I broke a tooth on a bone from a Subway Carved Turkey Sandwich. No Kidding!! I just opened a new store and being the only employee I could not get to a dentist right away. Awful company. Their dentist fucked up my crown, they refuse to fix it, they screwed up the billing too and expect me to pay the difference. Go fuck yourself.
All about the money more than the patient. Treated poorly and will never go back, ugh!
Just walked out of the Battle Creek office after waiting 30 min. in an empty building. I guess the staff was on lunch? The building was open and unlocked, appeared to be unoccupied, and patient files were strewn about on the counter. Even just standing at the counter we could see patient names and social security numbers on the forms! Talk about a violation of HIPPA. We will never be going to ANY Aspen Dental location again.
I thought the ladies in the office were very welcoming and understanding of my fears of going to the dentist. However, I thought the dentist was a bit rude. I know I don't have the best teeth and there is a lot to do, but when he told me he didn't know where I should start and that maybe one day I will hit the lottery and get it all done, it really offended me.
I feel Aspen Dental is a meat factory. Get them in, get them out. My cleaning was not enjoyable, mouth hurt for days following second cleaning, first time she had tv on during cleaning and watching whole time. I am looking for new Dentist.
