I got my new grille(teeth) today on 4-12-16. Im so satisfied wit my results & the golds outlines on my front fang teeth. Every one needs to experience aspen dental if they need mouth work done
The service of this place is very poor! We will never come back to this place again. They only want to take ur money to pay them but their service is terrible. They won't even try to help u or fix the problems when u have some complains. Very unprofessional! Will never recommend this place to other people after we have a horrible experience here.
I've always tried to keep an even keel and keep my temper in check. Today my metal was tested to the red zone. Emily needed some dental work done, and we were not satisfied with the doctor we had been seeing so we decided to try Aspen Dental. HORRIBLE! My fiancé got his tooth (molar) pulled and never gave him any pain meds! I don't know of a dentist anywhere that doesn't give pain meds after a surgery! And THEN we went to fill the script at 8 when the numbing wore off and it was missing a number they needed to fill on it so we called after hours FIVE times and the on call doc NEVER called us!!!!! Aspen after hours couldn't even get ahold of anyone! I wouldn't take my cat to them.
I just waited an hour and a half to be told that I would have to wait another hour at least to see a dentist. This is with a scheduled appointment. They are completely disrespectful of the patient's time. When my husband came here he had to wait a half an hour to be told that the dentist wasn't even in. Also, this happened with a scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, this is the only provider, locally, that our insurance covers. Otherwise, I would go elsewhere.
Not very professional. 3 out of 4times I was there 2 hours. Dentures didn't fit and couldn't use them. Called them and said it would be a week an a half till they could see me or be a walk in. Waited 2 hours as a walk in for a 5 minute job. Unreal.
Forget it...9nce they have your money you are crap under their shoe. They want you to wait a month in pain to correct mistakes made by them. Then if you go sit in office. .they will ignore you in favor of NEW money. The Doctor is nice. ..its aspen dental that doesnt give a crud.
