I never imagined a Dentist office could be so horrible! Worse service ever!! Problem after problem. The manager had absolutely no customer service skills not to mention matters. Every time I went in or called it was a different person I spoke with.. front desk people, dentist, and manager are all new (and every time no one had a clue what was going on). So how do I pre pay once you try to pull my teeth with out enough novocain so I opted out decided to be put under and have them surgically removed pre Pau that and you still send me a bill for $38 HOW WHEN I PRE PAID LIKE $12'000 AND I CALL AND YOU PEOPLE TELL ME INSURANCE MUST NOT HAVE COVERED IT?????? I PRE PAID WITH A CASHEIRS CHECK SO WHAT KIND OF SCAM SHIT IS THIS ????????????

I was inquiring about a replacement lower denture. The lady at the call center said $399.00. I was told I have great insurance (which I do) and quoted $1,028.50 as my share after insurance. This means if I’m paying 50% my denture was billed at $2,057.00. But it wasn’t! Dentist was rough and unprofessional, financial clerk knew nothing about the $399.00 dentures blaming “the call center” . Overall a bad experience.

Everyone is very nice, what husband & I weren't enpressed with is he paid in full for his dentures got them, were there last nite Cuz he a had bone come up threw his gums,, he ended up having to pay another $329 then all they did was just file it down he has to go back now to get his teeth real aligned hope he doesn't have to pay for that.

After I paid in full using a credit card the treatment plan changed, now they owe me a refund and won’t pay it. It’s been months. I will never do business with them again.

Called and told them I lost a filling and needed an appt. Drove 45mins. to get there and they said they needed an x-ray. Took the x-ray and the dentist ( not the dentist I originally was seen by the first visit a year ago ) looked in my mouth and discovered WOW I needed a filling!!!! So I thought it was going to be fixed, but no I have to make another appt. and come back cause the dentist doesn't have time ....(There's only one other patient in the whole place) .So I get an appt. for the following week, a couple days later I... read more

I went to Aspen Dental several years ago and I thought at the time that is was great. Now fast forward several years... everything I had done there has failed. I let them do 2 crowns that they said I needed and they left a gap in one where bacteria could invade my tooth. End result lost the tooth. Then I had a filling that they also left a gap in..( really ) and again... lost the tooth. They obviously do crappie work. It does not last and isn't done correct. Do not waste your time money and health.

I was treated poorly, lied to about my insurance and told I should do something with my life by the dentist. I was given an estimate of $6,500 for work needed yet not shown any details. Just a piece of paper with a number on it. I was told that my dental insurance had been cancelled by Healthy Michigan. Upon arriving at home and calling I found that this was untrue.
