So far it has been a great experience, they treat me like I'm part of their family. Got my temporary plate and it is gorgeous...looks like my own teeth!
Every one is so caring and nice staff. Very good job always.
One thing I have always prided myself on was my smile. I have always taken care of my teeth because your smile is everything. I broke my front teeth in a fall and chipped them pretty bad. Aspen Dental, Bay City got me in right away for a free first visit and ended up doing temporary crowns for me that same day! I was devastated, nervous and very upset. They treated me with compassion and care and I will forever be grateful to the whole staff for giving me my smile back!! ❤️
I had some major work done 5 days ago and although I am still in a lot of pain (which is to be expected) the service I've had throughout the process at Aspen Dental was fantastic. The staff has been great, the doctor was very knowledgeable, they made sure I got the best care that I could possibly have.
My dad, Jason Gentle, went to this dentist and had Tammy as his hygienist. He was more than happy and impressed with her work. She was very professional and he would highly recommend her!!
As to date, I'm very pleased. I had my first cleaning, and Tammie Young was my hygienist. She did a great job, I'm looking forward to working with her on restoring my smile. I have more appointments coming up with Dr. Buford I'm excited to see the outcome.
The staff is great very friendly and professional. Tammy was super great..the only complaint I have is my email address was not updated so I have not received they survey I was asked to fill out on how great the customer service is. Dr b was really good and in my opinion just a bit overworked . as for Krista she was awesome before I even sat down in he office she made me feel like we had been friends for year I can honestly believe they truly care about their patients I do need to go back for some tweaking on my temp bridge ... read more
