What a wonderful group of people in this office. Professional, kind, and very concerned. I say this as someone who faced a great deal of work and is dentist phobic. It starts with the front desk and the friendly Katrina and Jaclyn! They were both so welcoming. Erin, Colleen, and Lila were such reassuring dental assistants, no question is too silly for them. The Bay City staff is really friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are great at fitting me in to their busy schedule while also being flexible to accommodate my schedule.
the root canal and cap turned out excellent and was far more tolerable than other dentist offices i have visited. Everyone was very friendly and very pleasant to chat with aswell so much so they made it hard to keep my mouth open lol. All in all great work and great people
