What a wonderful group of people in this office. Professional, kind, and very concerned. I say this as someone who faced a great deal of work and is dentist phobic. The Bay City staff is really friendly and made me feel comfortable. They are great at fitting me in to their busy schedule while also being flexible to accommodate my schedule.
the root canal and cap turned out excellent and was far more tolerable than other dentist offices i have visited. Everyone was very friendly and very pleasant to chat with aswell so much so they made it hard to keep my mouth open lol. All in all great work and great people
My impressions that were taken at Aspen the other day were traumatic. And it was just the impressions. The second appt I had, they apparently had me scheduled but no reason for the appt so I took time off work for it and then was told they couldn't see me. The next appt was my impressions. They were 30 minutes late, and forgot I was there. Then the girl who did my impressions was super rough and got plaster all over my clothes and face. I had to scrub it off before I left. Went for a root canal... rushed the work, left me in pain for a month, only to finally tell me they would do nothing to correct the problem. AVOID
BEWARE!!!!! Had work done 12/2023, paid what I owed immediately, 4 months later get past due bill for 1000, called spoke to Tracy who told me to disregard it. Prepaid $467 for appointment 5/7/24, get voicemail days prior they just rescheduled me. I cancel appointment now they won't refund my 467 because the sub they had wasn't registered on my insurance, not my fault. Round and round no call backs. Called corporate several times finally they say no worries 467 will be refunded. They refund 175 and now say there's a claim on ... read more
My husband has been waiting 7 months for a partial denture. Our insurance has paid and so have we! Paid in full. The last 2 appointments they did nothing , wanted him to reschedule. After driving 1.5 hrs one way. We have a call into the owner, no response! He called pt service team, no answer. Do not recommend. Our next step is going to be Legal Action.
I was told I needed all this work done. Went to a different Dentist he said I didn't need all that work. They are just out to make money, nevermind the unnecessary pain that would put me through. Stay as far away from this company as possible.
