Worst experience I've ever had. my smile line was a whole tooth off to the right. they would only replace the top teeth, needless to say, 3 sets later my top plate is off to the left and my bottom is off to the right. it's been nothing but a nightmare! and they don't care.

VERY poorly run and very uneducated staff! Would not recommend anyone using the Bay City office. The office staff needs to be trained properly in how to handle certain patients. If you want friendly and educated staff I suggest you make an appointment at another location.

went for xrays and cleaning. tons of xrays, ? ultrasound. Then hygienist did the the 1-5 gum count. All of my teeth were 1-3, except for 1 tooth #4 and 1 tooth #5. they told me the #4 tooth was solid, but the #5 tooth was early gum disease. refused to do a cleaning, instead put me in a office with the manager. he quoted me $2000.00 for a special cleaning. I told him I've had the 1-3 count for years and if I had 1 bad tooth, then lets clean that tooth. he got the hygienist who once again told me they have to clean them all s... read more
I'd rather go to Mexico and get my mouth worked on before going there
went in for an emergency appointment, i spent 2.5 hours there and left with no relief whatsoever. They did their whole work up and suggested that i get 7000 worth of work done. It's more like a car dealership than a dental office. seems like they only care about the money and not the people. It was just a giant waste of time
Absolutely appalling care for patients I’ve never in my life been attempted to be robbed by someone as blatantly as you people tried to rob me. See you in court!

not happy with my dentures. looks like i got a mouth full of chewing tobacco and my mouth is deformed. the lady is not very nice about it. if they dont correct the problem, i will be calling my insurance company for starters
I arrived for my 8 AM appointment and the doors were still locked. I knocked on the door and Jennifer (receptionist) came to the door and opened it a crack asking, "can I help you?" "Yeah, I have an 8 AM appointment, can you let me in please?" I then waited for 25 minutes before I was seen (I was the first appointment). I was in the office for a consult today with my 15 year old daughter . She is a Aspen dental patient . Her Orthodontist referred us there for a possible cavity. the Hygienist came out and said " do you know this is over a year since your daughter has been here in front of all ! I said oh my i am so sorry with braces it slipped my mind .
