Never have I had such a nice experience at a dentist. Only down side was to find out how much it would cost to do everything! That's what I get for waiting four years between visits!
I went for my initial appointment, everything was good however, not a single person introduced themselves. Not the person doing the X Rays, not the dentist (I think she was the dentist) and even the hygienist did not tell me that she was the hygienist and what her name was. While I will go back, next time I will make sure to get an introduction from each person. That being said, the computer system was out, so I could not make my next appointment. The front staff was very attentive and helpful.

The people were very helpful and I found that the costs were reasonable. The X-Rays really came in handy when I went to the oral surgeon.

Repaired my front tooth and did beautiful work. Very friendly staff easy to talk to. Very helpful
I went in yesterday for a broken tooth. They were all nice and made you feel comfortable. I highly recommend them... matter of fact I already have.
I went in yesterday evening to have my mouth looked at.had a free consultation and very friendly staff for my situation. I 100% recommend Aspen Dental in Beckley,to anybody. They be doing all my dental work. Thank God for a great wonderful staff!! I look forward to the work Aspen Dental is going to do!

Aspen Dental is the 1st dental office that I have been to where I wasn't made to feel guilty or ashamed because of issues with my teeth. The staff was very professional and made recommendations based on my individual needs and concerns.

SUPER FRIENDLY staff! Went in for a broke tooth that had a filling. I was given FREE X-rays, FREE consultation and was seen the next day after I called at 7:30 AM. I was given all possible solutions from porcelain crown to a metal crown down to pulling the tooth. I also financed my crown and other work I needed a L in one low payment of 38.00 a month for 12 months with no interest. Great experience, great service and thus has become my dentist from now on.
