Not childfriendly.. my little niece was crying during my sister's appointment and they made my sister leave because of her baby crying. She was denied dental care until she could come alone.

I know someone who recently went to this office and was turned away. They were rude, unprofessional and quite obnoxious. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone ever. I tried talking to them on the phone and have never had an office manager for a company talk like she did. I don't know how they stay in business. They should learn to be more professional and polite to the people who make their business possible.

spent 2 months trying to get my replacement dentures finally got them and rhey were not correct they had sharp ledges that was cutting in to my lip I heard the owner make rude comments when I fought it up she took my dentures that I had already paid for and told me I had to have a refund.

Aspen dental just told an 80yr old man who was crying in pain ( and payed monthly on his bill ,,he owes 600$ ) and they told him if he doesn't pay the remaining balance today he cannot be seen.... the crying frustrated man walked out the door....kinda wanting to leave myself....that's ridiculous 01-12-23

Ever thing that place is a joke and I would never tell anyone that I like anything about it they are way over priced and when it comes to beening afford it you better have a big checking account

No help, also miss leading on payments. Should say you need to pay half down before they can do oayment arrangement. No doors on rooms for privacy. So there for lack of confidentiality. Didn't act very knowledgeable. Went in on a emergency situation and they did nothing to help. 😔

I had an intensely painful abscess, my dentist couldn’t get me in for a couple of days. I called every dentist in Raleigh county, and was thankful when aspen dental told me they could see me as an emergency walk in. I was told to arrive right when they opened. I arrived 30 min prior to opening, was the first one in the office. I was told I couldn’t be seen, they were full. I cried, begging for them to please fit me in I was having unbearable pain.
