I went to ASPEN due to a broken tooth. I grind my teeth at night, and it had broke the night before. I am in pain. The staff was friendly and kind. I was told they can fill the tooth. GREAT! Then I was told they would not fill it unless i signed up for $2700 worth of cleaning. I don't want cleanings, I want to be out of pain. I want my filling done. I saw an advertisement saying$100 for a tooth pulled. When I went to this Aspen location they told me I needed two teeth pulled and it would be $250 each tooth since it was a wisdom tooth and the one next to it, which requires oral surgery. I was also told I needed to spend $2000 for gum problems. The pain went away and after I got a job with benefits I went to the dentist. He ended pulling only ONE tooth, he said the other was fine, and he didn't have to do surgery, he used hand tools to pull my wisdom tooth. I asked my den... read more
I felt I was in a bait and switch program... when making the appointment I told the receptionist I ONLY wanted a cleaning and I had 6 teeth. I was told it would be $19 for consultation + 2 x-rays. Cleaning not to exceed $79... that isn't the way it works! Yes, I got the x-rays + consultation for $19.00, but the switch was how I would get my cleaning. My daughter needed her permanent upper partial made. They wouldn’t make it for her unless she had $3000 worth of work done on the bottom. She needs the permanent upper partial because the temporary plastic one is hurting her. But they don’t care. So worried about the bottom but what about finishing the top first. Already spent close to $5000 to pull 9 teeth and get a plastic upper and lower partial which she has never even worn the bottom since they put it in. They treated me like gold. Helped me as much as they could. Made me feel comfortable, and they were all very helpful and personable. Then nobody called me back, nor was i ever able to get ahold of anyone after that. Sorry, you just keep people hanging like that. My old dentist must have told you people something bad. The bad thing WAS the old dentist. I'm going someplace else, sorry. Seems I am not the only one
