I would wholeheartedly NOT recommend this company's office in Bloomington IL! I would recommend taking a pair of pliers and pulling your own teeth 1st! My brother is a disabled vet and went to their Bloomington office for help. They pulled ALL his teeth back in September and now are blowing him off for his dentures, which were supposed to be ready in October! Aspen Dental quoted $2700 for a cleaning & two extractions. Weiss Dental is half the price, local & has much more experience. In the office waiting room, receptionists we’re discussing client count numbers in order to receive a $150 bonus on their paychecks.

paid $5000.00 for a set of dentures, that never fit. They told me, $5000.00 later, that I didn't have enough bone to hold dentures. Why not tell me this before I spent $5000.00 cash for them? Now I have NO teeth. I'm very upset and thinking of taking them to small claims court. Imagine NO teeth.I won't even leave my home with NO teeth. Very disappointed in Aspen Dental

I wouldn't recommend this place to a pig!!! I needed a tooth pulled horrible pain. I had my x-rays sent that I just had a full mouth done 3 months prior. They made me take more x-rays then this dentist comes doesn't even look in my mouth!!! Says sorry I can't pull your tooth. It took every bit of selfcontrol I could muster not to completely loose it in this place. You had pretty much brand full mouth x-rays! You had my x-rays 3 hours before I even got there! charged me for more needless x-rays!!! Don't even look in my mouth!... read more

fire the DA, I can't believe you have the same woman there who cut a chunk out of my gum last year, when I needed a touch more Novocaine, she shot my whole mouth up unnecessarily, I just needed a little more Novocaine in the back around my wisdom teeth, every time I come in there I'm charged for a treatment I don't need, all I want is a basic cleaning. They charged me $257 for a consultation with no warning before the appointment. They also tried to tell me that my insurance doesn't cover for the x-rays or cleanings and I would have to pay for it out of pocket before my next appointment. Which is unbelievable because I called my insurance before my appointment to make sure they do cover it 100% and they do cover it no matter where I go. I deserve my money back for the lies they told me. Don't go here. They just want your money.

They will charge you for procedures you DID NOT receive. You’ll also be given OVERPRICED products that seem to be a part of your treatment, only to find out that you’re charged for them. I returned ALL of the products and reviewed the list of “treatments” I did and didn’t receive but I have yet to be REFUNDED! Go ANYWHERE but here! Steer clear if you’d like to have any teeth or money left!

For regular dentistry Aspen is a good place to go, but if you should need dentures go somewhere else.
