Was in the waiting room for 25 minutes before anyone even interacted with me. there was one person at the desk facing the other way on the phone or helping another customer so I just stood until she was done, it was taking forever so I sat, figuring she would come to the desk to see if someone had walked in while she was doing all those other things. Absolute horrible. The dentist told me I needed all my old fillings replaced with the new technology but never told me why they needed replaced. Tried to tell me that I need a wisdom tooth pulled when I already had them all pulled. Also informed me I needed a tooth crowned when I went for second opinion at different dentist and informed me I just needed a filling. Very money hungry dentist office.
My sister had 29 teeth pulled but was charged for 31. She paid in full before having it done. And the office keyed the payment amount wrong on the computer. She has taken her receipts in said they would adjust it. They STILL HAVE NOT and call weekly about the balance they say is due. The temporaries never even fit at all. Twice I made appointments online AND talked to the receptionist, and when I get there they don't have me on the schedule. And then there is no apology and no attempt at all to fix their mistake. NEVER go to this place!!
These people are crooks and morons. The turnover rate is alarming at best. I had two teeth pulled and a temporary partial made. They left the root tips of the teeth they extracted. I went back to have the temporary partial repaired and they did a horrible job. Rather than fixing it correctly so that it would fit they ground away at it so it now falls out and looks unnatural. Went in there for a couple cleanings and they said my teeth were great. Go in for my Next cleaning and they tell me I need four cavities filled. Didn't seem right so I went to a family dentist office and they informed me I didn't need any cavities filled. Definitely won't be going back to aspen dental. The lady that cleaned my teeth was very sweet and great, but I don't trust the dentists now.
