Had work done last Sep. Paid $1,450.00 before work would be done. Couldn't eat solid foods for 5 months lost 35 pounds. started receiving bills for over $1,200.00 since December. Call every month get a new excuse told not to worry about it.
I feel it should really be one 🌟 and it would probably be 5 because everyone was nice and efficient... but they failed me after I left the office. Never got my prescription ordered so I wasn't able to get out of pain nearly as soon as I could have. The next morning they said they didn't have my drug store choice in the system but I spent the time to put it on my paperwork I had to fill out. I've been a regular patient now for over two years. I was dismayed when I was notified quite close to my appointment that "we have scheduling changes" that basically put off my appointment two weeks. When I showed up, it turns out my regular hygienist had "retired" but found it odd no one felt it appropriate to let me know., My cleaning was superficial at best considering I see the hygienist every three months. They gave me a test I didn't ask for and tried to give me medicine I didn't need. Would not recommend this dentist! PLUS NEVER READY FOR YOU IN YOUR APPOINTMENT trying to steal your money throw the gum test
If I could give a zero rating I would. Very unprofessional and was lied to at that.
Under no circumstances should you attend this clinic. Problem with their billing? "We'll call you back in 24-48 hours" Good. Luck. My wife has called countless times trying to speak to someone with no avail. Do not, I repeat, attend this clinic.
Had an appointment scheduled for 11:45 and came in to find out that they were running about a half hour behind. They asked me to reschedule and I couldn't since I had already taken off work for this appointment. I told them I would wait the half hour. I waited the half hour and the girl at the front desk told me five more minutes. I waited another five more minutes for them to call me back and let me know that they needed me to come back at 1:30 so that they could eat lunch. It's not entirely the staff's fault, but I was not pleased with trying to set-up a new appointment. I called central scheduling, and they offered an appointment at 5 (wasn't an emergency or anything, but it worked with my schedule). It was relatively short notice, but I said I could make it there for a 5 PM appointment. I made it there at 4:50 and they informed me that they would have to re-schedule the appointment. They said they can book appointments at the office as well and had already filled the 5 PM spot apparently.... read more
