I was having HORRIBLE pain-got an appointment immediately. Got there and the staff was amazing. Hygienists, imaging techs, and the doctor were kind, caring, and helpful. Financial person was THE BEST! She worked with me and found a solution so that I could start treatment right away. If you need a dentist definitely go here!!
The Doctor an staff are ouststanding! Was there yesterday and they were all most awesome! Thank you Aspen Dental team for making me fefeel very well cared for!
Needed a replacement denture for a family member. They got it all taken care of and with an onsite lab, got them delivered in 1 week! Thanks for restoring his smile and making the process so easy! The Dr and staff were all very professional, friendly, conscientious, and caring!! We highly recommend this office!!
The gal that did the cleaning today, not sure of her name.. but she should be given a recognition award.. I was in the bloomington/normal office.. I think her name is Libby, but not 100% sure.. when I couldn't deal with the electric drill.. she went to the hand one.. thanks again for being patient with me, due to I'm a baby when it comes to pain!!
The Aspen Dental (Bloomington, IL) team is fantastic. Brittney and Libby provide professional, knowledgeable, friendly service, making the "dreaded trip to the dentist" a thing of the past. I would take my business elsewhere if not for these two wonderful ladies.

This is the best dentist office I have ever been in my life. Maria the consultant there is one of the nicest woman you will ever meet and was definitely there for me in my time of need. If I could give 10 stars I would.
Everyone there goes out of their way to try & help you. Everyone is friendly. The manager, Maria, is so nice. I've known her for a little while & we just talk & laugh like we're old friends. It's that comfortable there. My best decision was to pick Aspen Dental.
