I've been pretty terrified of dentists ever since a horrible experience ending in an unexpected extraction at Smile Design in Peoria, Illinois. Very pleasant experience. Everyone was friendly and explained the options.
The staff was very friendly, understanding, and patient. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. This was a second opinion for me and the details given we're backed up by x-rays. I have a few more appointments but am very pleased with the service and communication and care so far!

The office has been very helpful during this time after dealing with an assault, and now the loss of four teeth because of it. Atentive to my needs and schedule, and able to work with the system af paying for it. Very courteous and helpful, and keeping me informed about what had to be done, how it would be done, and the time frame as well. Looking forward to the rest of the appt., I guess.
