My dental experience was excellent and my smile is beautiful! I recommend them to anyone, they did all they could to accommodate my needs and they still do with adjustments and cleanings and great people!

The scheduling department of this office is god awful. I had to wait 45+ minutes for my first office visit. My second office visit, I arrived at the time stated on my paperwork and they were not open. I have the physical paperwork and brought it with me so I’m 100% sure I had the time of my appointment correct. When they finally unlocked the doors, they told me I my appointment wasn’t for another hour so we had to sit around and wait. Doc, Dental Assistant's Jamie & Alexis and Frank who makes the dentures are AWESOME!!!! However the "finance" person refuses to comply with a simple request of providing an individual breakdown of our two accounts. There seems to be an issue with one of our insurance payments. Will handle the payment once information is provided and I contact the insurance. However, NOW they have cancelled our appointments due to the insurance payment. I am going to give just 1 star ⭐️ cause Jesse ( the girl that cleaned my teeth was so nice& friendly) but I AM NEVER GOING BACK! . After cleaning my teeth the doctor had to redo a chipped filling and in the end he said I got your cheek and use salt water to increase the healing process and I was ok with that ( I thought was something really small) but when I went inside my car and saw what he did to my cheek WAS HORRIBLE!. I had made my first appointment. It took about 45 minutes after my appointment to get in. I was told it was for x rays exam and cleaning. When done they said they did not schedule a cleaning the call center told me incorrectly. The staff was pleasant and the office was clean. Prices seem high.

I went in with extreme tooth pain on a recommendation from a friend.To only be x-rayed and examined then sent home with no pain meds for 2 more days. 2nd appointment was scheduled for that Friday only for it to be changed to 3 days later for a Monday. Only after 3 calls and being on hold for an hour was it rescheduled for Saturday (4 days after first exam) at a different location.
