Every time I walked in there I always felt like I was just a number. The staff never had any conversation with me to make me feel comfortable. After they were done working on me they'd leave me for awhile not sure if I could leave or needed to stay. Most recent times received a filling that was cheaply/improperly done and now I have an infection and need a root canal on the same tooth (might not be on them, because it was a deep cavity when they filled it). I never seem to see the same person ever. Wouldn't recommend.
Dr. Taylor and all of the staff were extremely nice. The stuff was very welcoming and professional. Dr. Taylor and all the staff made sure I was happy and comfortable. I would recommend this Aspen office to everyone I know.
called the office was told it would be 130.00 to pull my tooth. so i made appointment went in then was told 200.00 and something,was in total pain she tryed to get me financed but did not go through more or lesss too pull the theeth taht was giving me trouble was going to be over five hundred dollars and she looked at me and asked me if i had the money. now she just tryed financeing which should have told her i did not so more or less I WASTED MY TIME COMMING THEIR so your office its more like awaste of time was never so mad
Horrible, my appointment was at 2:45 it took me over an hour just to get called into the back to have my x-rays taken. By 4:15 I still hadn't seen a dentist. Then the nurse comes in a notifies my that the dentist just went to do a surgery and would be with me as soon as possible. I then left without seeing a dentist. A waste of my time.
It's a Gimmick . don't waste your time. .!We went there for one tooth to be pulled and they wanted over 6000.00.We were Quoted 181.00 on the phone and you know the rest.
They run up treatment plans...treat their employees like crap and only care about their bottom line.
