I had an appt @ 9:45 to repair a chipped filling from a poor quality filling in the first place. Sat for over an hour just to talk to the office manager about payment. Then was told that the dentist couldn't even START my repair until 1:15pm. That's means I will be there almost 4 hours for a filling. I will have another dentist fix it and give them my money. I will NEVER go back and I emphasize the NEVER.

Too expensive going to another dentist to get another opinion.. these people are a scam and rip off !!!
My son went there for an emergency appointment due to a broken tooth that was causing horrible pain. All they did was tell him everything that he needed to get fixed, never took care of the broken tooth or the pain. Completely ridiculous.

I am only giving this office 2 stars because the dental assistant was incredibly nice and told me everything she was going to do before proceeding with the next step. The rest of the office needs some major help! The office coordinator or office assistant was incredibly slow at what she was doing. It took her over a half hour to get me checked out and on my way. They are a scam my insurance was supposed to be 80/20 and they charged me more than 50%

Aspen Dental Sucks and Should Be Ashamed Of Themselves! You Take Advantage Of A 79 Year Old Women When You Made Her Dentures. For Crying Out Loud They Look Like Chiclets and Her Teeth Are Too Big For Her Mouth! For God's Sake Fix Them Or Refund Her Money! The only reason that I'm not giving a 0 star review is because that's not an option. First time patient, first appointment. Was told there would be X-rays and a cleaning when I scheduled. Get there, they do the X-rays, then I get back to the examination room. They sent the dentist and the hygienist at the same time, and instead of just waiting 3 mins for the dentist to be done the hygienist left and did other people and never came back. Dentures that they made for me are crooked...they keep blaming that its my jaw bone or my lip....tired of going back and getting those looks...like I'm a pain in the ass....and I paid in cash in full....hope you all have better luck...
I've been so worried about going to a dentist my anxiety goes out of the roof. But, when my tooth broke I had no choose, so I called and didn't sleep thinking about it. I was scared to death; however, they made it as easy as they possible could and I would like to thank the staff in doing so. I'm actually going back for a cleaning!
