My wife and I were scheduled for cleanings. They took exrays and examined and then informed us they couldn't do cleanings until August. Totally misleading and a waste of our time.

Had to reschedule 3 times when my husband was dealing with an emergency tooth ache. First time the lady set it in Springfield when we were supposed to have it in Branson and she even read me back the address of the appointment for Branson hills pkwy. Second time the dentist couldn’t come in until 9 and my husbands appointment was at 8 so he had to reschedule for another week away! While everyone else with appointments that day got to be seen. Just got a lot of work done on my mouth and professionally whitened my teeth ate four shades lighter!!! they said they can’t get them any whiter than they are !!they did a wonderful job great staff and I’m truly grateful thank you so much

Not recommended. Had a broken tooth in need of relief, and I spent nearly three hours here not getting any help. Receptionist and the Assistant who took my x-rays were polite and efficient enough, but then I was taken to an exam room where I waited for another 45 minutes with no communication from anyone. While waiting, I got to listen to someone grinding away loudly in the adjacent room, apparently a male staff member making dentures while singing loudly along to AC/DC’s “Balls to the Wall” and a medley of heavy metal hits.... read more

Called and set up an appointment, literally pulling in the parking lot the day I was scheduled and my phone rings at 8:58 AM. It was Aspen dental calling to inform me that they were canceling my 9 o’clock appointment, two minutes before showtime. They told me they were only taking in people who were in pain, which is exactly what the lady who scheduled me told me. This place is an absolute mess. I went for my first visit and the hygienist crystal was amazing. Besides that everything else was terrible. The dentist saw me for less than 4 mins and told me I needed 2 crowns.. i informed them that I was moving in a month to ohio. I called back a week later to schedule my crowns to be done they made me put a down payment of $325 before having the crown work done. I get there and they bring me back in a room and tell me they don’t feel comfortable doing the crowns because I’m leaving in a mo... read more

Change from just wanting to get as much money as they can from you and care more for the patient and there needs. Also have more than one Dentist in the office so they can take better care of people. I had 2 bad experiences and will never go back.

I have had over $2000 worth of work done...here. I got the care credit card I am low income senior...had a cleaning appt today was not forewarned policy is no care credit if not over 200 dollars....so not being able to plan ahead there went days out of my food budget.....i guess if you don't spend a lot on an appt. they don't want to see you...i got my teeth cleaned and the gal was GREAT...

Stop the high pressure, deceptive sales tactics that are similar to ones used by Timeshare or auto dealers. Aspen would not do 6-month cleaning which was what was needed as preventive unless my husband signed an almost $1,800 extensive treatment plan. Used bait & switch tactic -- first said the treatment recommended would be about $1,100 then printed it out adding additional fees and slid it in front of husband to sign with a figure of $1,791 which, of course, obligated him to pay a third party with deferred interest in fo... read more
