The directions say TELL PEOFPLE WHAT YOU THINK ABOUT ASPEN DENTAL Here you are. The receptionist is nice. Otherwise the experience was like a side show. No privacy, the entire population of patients know your business. The hygienist was RUDE, SNIPPY, and has no people skills. Spoke very disrespectful of our previous dentist and hygienist. Just left feeling very discouraged. I came in today to have an exam and brought my 2 daughters. We are new to the area and I have no one to watch them. I was called into a area behind the desk where i was told I couldn't be seen because they didn't have room for the kids in the room and that they would be a distraction. I am beyond frustrated with this place. First of all, they messed up my billing when I was there last August. Secondly, my whole family was due for cleanings this past December. We made appointments. The first appointment was cancelled by the office and rescheduled for late January. Always warm welcomes when I walk in..only thing I have to complain about is the tech makes a return appointment while you are in the exam room and gives you a card and whrn you come in for appointment, you are turned away because the appointment is not in computer..has happened to me twice and also I was called for cancellation of appointment for cleaning and the appointment I had was for pick up of the partial I have been waiting on..the caller did not know about that appointment. I was very happy with everything but the payment plan they quoted me the highest price and never did give me any other options and I failed the credit report so that was it if there gonna offer a payment plan they should more than 2 companies to offer cars dealerships have credit for people with bad credit and everyone should have because 70 percent of America has bad credit. I really wish I could have gotten my teeth fixed I'm in horrible pain.
They people there are great. Always a smile and good words, they make you feel so comfortable
Went to get my teeth cleaned was in the back for 2 hours they had 3 different people talking to me. Telling me they just want to look at my teeth before they get to cleaning them. (Never got my teeth cleaned) They then tell me after 2 hours that I need to have a tooth pulled ASAP and it will cost me $190. If I don't get the tooth out in 11 days I'm going to die..... soooooo.
