Worst experience I have ever had with a Dentist Office. I made an appointment on February 26th to get a sore tooth fixed. When I showed up they did x-rays and an exam but they did not fix the tooth. The dentist told me that he wanted me to have a scaling first. This was scheduled for March 20th and 21st. So while still in pain, I wait 24 days to have that completed. Once it was completed I asked when will my tooth be fixed. I was told that the appointment had not been made and they couldn't get me in until April 22nd!... read more

I went there for a broken filling. Got poor xrays, check up, then scheduled for a cleaning. the office lady would not schedule the mentioned crowns until after the cleaning. then changed my appointment three times, saying someone had a more important problem. I had to prepay for the appointment. then the office lady got mad when I asked for a refund, cancelled my appointment. I found myself a new dentist.

over price and they don't give you the right service for the amount of money that you pay
I made an appointment here after one of my molars broke. The first available appt was three weeks out, which I took. After a week, the pain was worse so I called to see if they had a cancellation or could get me in earlier- they said no. After another week, I called to ask if they had any cancellations bc I was in pain. They said no, but I could ask for an emergency appointment at the Springfield office, so my call was transferred there. I started getting emails and calls for an appt on a different time and day than I originally scheduled and because that time still worked I confirmed through their system. Called today 2 days before to just make sure the appointment was real and I didn't just miss my original appointment because I was never officially notified of a schedule change and didn't want to show up if there was not appointment. Horrible customer service. When making my appointment I was told that First visits are free, and if you have insurance, then it is covered by the insurance, but in case the insurance didn’t cover all of it, then Aspen would pay for it. I received a bill even though I have insurance. It wasn’t just one person giving me this information, but multiple people told me this. By not making people wait 2 1/2 hours, go in to the dark green room, wait for xrays, back in the dark green room, wait for hygeinest, then wait for the dentist, dentist comes, then back in the green room and wait for the person to check you out, tell you about insurance coverage, etc. Wait, wait wait, meanwhile everybody is running up and down the halls even one man, don't know if he was a dentist or what, carried out a bbq grill and was in and out, I guess he was cooking lunch. They are just ok. They never told me that I had to take anabiotic‘s before my appointment never gave me a prescription so I thought I didn’t need them. I finally decided I have to ask for a prescription they don’t remind you. Now I know what’s going on. There’s this one girl in the office who has to yell every time she talks to me.
