If you really think they will post their bad reviews. LOL. Run don't walk away from this place. Having been to a real dentist and picking this place closer for my daughter. This was a joke. She will just have to drive to Springfield to a real dentist. I listen to them tell an elderly lady she was mistaken about her appointment. She would have to make two visits instead of the one she was told because it wasn't "filling" day. Let my insurance know what scam artists they are. Go to a real sight like yelp and read their real re... read more

I went there because my medicare supplemental policy has them in network. It took nearly 2 hours to get xrays and a look see by the dentist and hygienist. They both said everything looked good. They kept placing me in little rooms to watch TV. Finally I saw the office manager, ( not my favorite) she said I would need a costly periodontal cleaning. Upon close inspection of the estimate I noticed they were going to deep clean my lower right and left quadrants and also UPPER right and left quads. This is amazing since I wear an... read more

the people I deal with at aspen dental are very nice...I got new upper dentures and a lower partial last November...here it is the end of june and I am still having fitting issues...I just cannot understand why they cant get it right....I am ready to be done with dental trips every week or two....I am about to the point of telling them to forget the lower partial and refund my money....one more trip to the dentist next week and I will make the decision.

The call center quoted me on tooth being pulled, but when i got in the office it was completely different. after x-rays i had to wait for about 35 minutes to see a dentist. also i needed to get a cap put back on and they told me it would be no charge for that ,then thay changed their minds and charged me 90.00$ for that they told me I would have to come back in three weeks to get any work done. I`m going back to them for the work to get done, because they are close to where i live,I hope my next visit will be better.

Went in and got the med info done and xray done to get a tooth pulled, had to cancel previous appt for the extraction because I spent a month in the hospital, when my strength was better I made the appointment for the extraction and arrived and they needed newer xrays, they came back and said my tooth had decayed more from my first visit and could no longer extract my tooth, why? They didn't explain. So now I have to go to another dentist and start the whole process over again, This means more cash out of pocket again that I had... read more

Made an appointment over the phone and asked for a cleaning appointment. My insurance doesn't cover any of the dentists in Harrison, AR where I live, so I drove from Harrison to Branson assuming I would be getting my teeth cleaned. When I get there I tell them I'm pregnant and do not want to get any x-rays (I don't have cavities anyway) and that I would rather opt out of that. They will not see me without doing xrays, not even for a cleaning. So I drove 45 mins out of my way for absolutely no reason. I have never heard of be... read more

I would rate it lower if I could. I called to have a cleaning done because I am new to the area and needed a new dentist. I was not told on the phone when I made an appointment that I would not be receiving a cleaning. When I arrived, I was given a dental exam. The dentist looked at my mouth and gave me a cancer screening. He told the I had great teeth, no cavities, and have done a really good job with my dental hygiene. He did note that my gums were a little swollen, but he ... See More explained that this could be from sle... read more

I was in this office earlier in the year. I sat down with a girl named Summer, who went over my bill, explaining what the insurance would cover and what they would not cover. They told me they do this for every client, so there are no surprises later. I paid around $200 for my appointments at the end of my last one. I was told I didn't owe anything, and I was good to go until my next appointment in October. Yesterday I recieved a bill from Aspen Dental stating that I owe them...
