My appointment for cleaning was for 11:00 am. I arrived at 10:50. I was called in at 12:00. My cleaning took 15 minutes. Not very happy!

Sat in waiting room about 15 minutes. Not bad. X-rays taken and escorted into another room where I sat for almost 30 minutes listening to someone complaining about her dentures. Finally the hygienist came in and checked my gums and left. I thought patients that didn’t have insurance on there first visit would get free cleaning and x-rays. I did go in for a possible filling falling out. Finally the dentist came in and looked at my x-rays and said I had a small cavity in between my teeth. Today was my first appointment here. My tooth has been hurting and i needed to get in. My appt was at 4:30 and i got there at 4:20. They didnt call me back until 5:10. They said they were running behind but to be that behind and not let people know is rude. They took my x-rays and then Dr Cox came in and said the tooth that was bothering me had something stuck along the gum line. She also went over me needing a crown plate amongst other things that i would have to schedule at a later date. I just wanted this pain in my tooth... read more

BEWARE! I recently went to have my lower teeth cleaned ( I have an upper dental plate), and they charged me over $600.00. You can imagine my shock when they told me that I owe over $600.00 just to have my lower teeth cleaned. Mind you, I only have 10 lower teeth. I am on disability and am on a very tight budget. They broke my bank account and I had to borrow money to pay my rent. I had NO idea that a cleaning of 10 teeth would cost sooo much. I will NEVER go back again.

When I came in there was no one at the front desk. I signed in and sat once. Not one person acknowledged me until the hygienist came to get me for my cleaning 20 minutes later. She was very friendly- Dr Cox is her sister. Afterwards I sat down to share my new insurance info and make my copayment. The girl had to call the insurance company and then proceeded to tell me while this visit was a $5copay and cleanings covered, my next visit in July would cost me $97 for a cleaning. WTH? Was a patient/customer for many years only to be turned away for a cleaning because I didn't want to have an exam and X-ray at that visit. Corporate business dentistry

So unorganized and shady! I scheduled an appointment for a teeth cleaning. This is my 3rd time going there. Got there and waited 45 minutes before I decided to get up and ask the receptionist how much longer it would be. She said, "oh, the usual wait time is 45 minutes to an hour." Are you kidding me?! Then someone comes and gets me, I go to the exam room, and finally the dentist sees me. She pokes around in my mouth for about 5 seconds and tells me I have a cavity. I know fo... Never again will me or my family go to this aspen dental clinic. While my husband was in excruciating pain for 2+ weeks they continued to overbook appointments and screw up appointment dates and times where we would show up at date/time given only for them to say there was never an appointment made. TODAY...we showed up for our 12:30 appointment and waited 45 minutes in the lobby for them to say "oh we overbooked the appointment time, its going to be another 45 min"...the best part was they were never going to tell us that i... read more
