Totally had the wrong time for my appointment. It was at 9:00 a.m. & I thought it was at noon. Called and they told me to come in & they'll see what they could do. Got my temporary crown in & they were very understanding about my being late. Thank you Dr. Cox & crew. My "Snaggle Tooth is fixed & you guys ROCK!!!

Was quick about extracting a broken tooth I had! Didn't have any problems and even got a refund because it was easier then expected, thanks Dr Sam!
This office is wonderful!! The customer service was great, I came in with a few concerns about my teeth and they were very caring, they listened to me and my concerns. The dentist and the staff worked with me on a plan to get my work done. And the lady who helped with the financial end of it, was friendly, fun and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!!!
