Everyone in this office was so friendly, caring, compassionate and gave me different options with what I wanted done and payment options as well. They definitely live up to the quotes on their walls with smiling and giving patients the confidence they need. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
We had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. The communication prior to the visit was exceptional and the professionalism, timeliness and care given was not only met our expectations... but exceeded them! Dr. Ballard extracted 4 of my daughter's wisdom teeth, last week. She and her staff were organized and personable. The entire procedure from start to finish was seamless - and FAST. Totally had the wrong time for my appointment. It was at 9:00 a.m. & I thought it was at noon. Called and they told me to come in & they'll see what they could do. Got my temporary crown in & they were very understanding about my being late. Thank you Dr. Cox & crew. My "Snaggle Tooth is fixed & you guys ROCK!!!

Was quick about extracting a broken tooth I had! Didn't have any problems and even got a refund because it was easier then expected, thanks Dr Sam!
This office is wonderful!! The customer service was great, I came in with a few concerns about my teeth and they were very caring, they listened to me and my concerns. The dentist and the staff worked with me on a plan to get my work done. And the lady who helped with the financial end of it, was friendly, fun and helpful. I would highly recommend this office to everyone!!!
