They cancelled my appointment after I confirmed it. The lady at the front desk tried to start a fight with me. Horrible customer service skills. Place looks like a zooÂ
Their quotations of costs to do the work. They can improve by simplifying the breakdown costs. Too much of a blueprint that at the end it involves pulling 3 teeth and putting a stationary bridge.Â

The dentist and the hygienist were great. Billing services not so much. Had my teeth cleaned about 10 days before having cavities filled. On the way out of the cleaning I was told I had to pay for the fillings ahead of time. Not pleased but did it. Got a receipt for $137 and thought I was done. Imagine my surprise when an extra $22 charge appeared on my credit card. Wasnât informed of it and did not sign a receipt for it. Called twice to get answers and havenât received any response.
