I was seen by Dr.cox recently with MANY concerns. To the people who say this place is a scam or out for money, are completely wrong. All my "concerns" that they could have easily gotten money out of me for turned out to be just me. No cracked filling like I thought, just sensitivity. THIS OFFICE QUOTED A PRICE FOR AN EMERGENCY EXTRACTION. I ACCEPTED AND PAID THE DIFFERENCE THAT MY INSURANCE DIDNT COVER, THAT WAS ABOUT 2 MONTHS AGO. TODAY I REC'D A CALL SAYING I OWED AN ADDITIONAL $40.00 FOR AN APPOINTMENT THAT I DIDNT KEEP. I TOLD THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE THAT I NEVER MADE ANY FURTHER APPOINTMENTS. Stay away from this chain. I came to them in pain. I went to them because of expediency. I work long hours, and they were still open. I called ahead. They made their exam and told me it would be cheaper to pull the tooth than to save it. Being in pain, I let them pull it.
