Best dental experience but do not let the doctor know you are on,any medication. They judged me based upon,the doctor I go to and after having my mouth ripped open and sitched back together she refused to prescribe me anything for the pain. Plus she humilated me .... Terrible customer service experience. The dentist was a great,dentist per her work but in my option she a very judgemental person. Thats no bueno in my book.

Services take way too long. I was in the Brooksville office for one hour and 40 for xrays and consultation, then I was told I had to come back to get my teeth cleaned. All the other dentists I have been to, do all of this in one visit. I did agree to having a crown replaced. Can wait to see how long that takes. After that, I will not be going back to Aspen Dental
Went to my appointment on 7/14/17. My appointment was at 8:00 am. When I got there I was told that there was no person there to clean my teeth. They said they tried to call me but could not get ahold of me. I asked them what number they called. They gave me a number that was not mine, but they had my cell number and never called it. They did send to to another Aspen Dental office that I had to travel about 10 miles farther to get my teeth cleaned. A total of 35 miles to get my teeth cleaned. I thank aspen dental has the worst service of any dental place I was every at. when you have an appointment at a set time an they see you one hour later is not right. to day I had a appointment at10 am at 11am they did not even have a room to put me in. evelyn bevills

Easy to get Appointment. The hygienist was great explained everything on her part. The dentist was ok but had me confused on the work that she was recommending. Then came the billing OMG $$$$ thank god I had good insurance however I found over charges on the bill. The office girls in billing were great. Making an appointment is impossible. After being offered everything inconvenient they schedule you in another spot they had the whole time. The bedside manner is horrific. When I had my temporary crown the dentist inserted the needle into an abcess, and then neglected to numb the inside of my gums because I jumped. Then she drilled on the inside of my tooth and after 10 minutes crying in pain she said, "well I can't give you the anesthetic because you jumped." Today I am getting my perment crown placed.
