2 hrs still got a broken tooth
Horrible each time but I went back because they take my insurance! Went a week ago and got a plan to what I was getting done. Paid in cash on Thursday and made my appointment. Went in on Monday signed papers explaining what I was getting sat in the chair got numbed and the dentist said she would do three filling and maybe get to the rest. I asked why only three when I paid for all and asked if I could start with the bottom. This lady said actually I don’t feel comfortable doing it anymore if I don’t trust her! I had a horrible experience with Aspen Dental in Carrollton. I just needed a simple cleaning before I go to get my braces from another orthodontic facility (thank God) and I spent almsot 3 hours at Aspen with no cleaning (also thank God). The girl who did my X-rays took about 20 X-rays all which hurt my mouth severely. I was in pain & wanted to cry. Luckily, another woman who was working stepped in, told the girl that she was doing my X-rays wrong and therefore she finished my X-rays and it was painless. I wanted to just wal... read more

"ASPEN DENTAL NIGHTMARES FOR EVERYBODY!!!!"
I went there and was told from the start they were gonna take care of me and just crated looked in my mouth for five minutes and then they sent me to the “credit department and said it would be 13,000 for dentures.EVEN DURING THE EXAM THEY SAID THEY WERE GONNA HELP ME. WHO HAS THAT KIND OF MONEY. THEY MAKE YOU THINK THEY ARE GOING TO FIX YOU RIGHT UP. THEY WANTED A DOWN PAYMENT AND SET ME UP ON A PAYMENT PLAN. FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE??? Go anywhere else
I do not recommend Aspen Dental at all. They were good at what they do but they will Nickel and dime you to death. I was told what a tooth extraction would be and I paid that amount. 1 month later I got another $100 bill. I paid it to be done with them. Now today 1 month later I got another bill for $122. My $122 tooth extraction is costing me over $500. Don’t trust them!!!
They cancelled my appointment and didn't give me a courtesy call to let me know it was cancelled. Poor customer service.
