HAVE HAD A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT FOR OVER A MONTH AND THEY KEEP CALLING AND SAYING THEY HAVE TO RESCHEDULE!!! NOT WORTH IT DO NOT RECOMMEND. PLUS THEY CALLED ME YESTERDAY TO CONFIRM THE APPOINTMENT SO WHY CALL THE NEXT DAY JUST TO CANCEL IT!

The staff is excellent. Everyone is very professional. The physical office, however, is in need of a good cleaning. The restroom was dirty and smelled, the xray cape placed over my body was dirty and greasy, and the light over used to see into my mouth by the hygienist was dirty. I did tell the office persons about the restroom. I mentioned the dirt light to the hygentist, but she kept touching it to adjust it and then putting her gloved hands back in my mouth. Probably not too sanitary.

Update::: Now these yahoos are refusing to fill out my FMLA paper work to account for the time I had to take off work after having (2) jaw teeth pulled, (2) bone graphs and. (4) stitches. You idiots don’t decide if I’m qualified for FMLA, YOU fill out the paperwork I brought to you, I turn it into my Job and THEY make the decision as to if I qualify for FMLA! My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed there. The office manager clearly did not know anything about insurance and misled me on the quote for my out of pocket portion.. Costing me about $1700 more or less than if I went with Dr. Atwell. Lesson learned, expensive one. Will not recommend to anyone, not even my worse enemy...

I was told when I make the appt that the $852.00 package for new dentures covered the extractions. The young lady that went over finance with me quoted 1200. I told her about the plan on the website she looked it up andf talk with the Dr. about it and the Dr. said they would NOT honor that amount. .So t left Herbert to go back!
