Worst place ever. Rip off. After 4 hours of getting the run around I had to get another appointment to come back that I had to pay for in advance and they couldn't even manage to call in my prescription.

Horrible experience!! They tried to over charge me and my insurance...not once, but through the whole process of a crown...didnt give the delta dental discount..took non-necessary xrays, just to make more money. I had to fight and babysit to get the correct charges, and to get a refund. Will never go back to an Aspen Dental.
Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Was there Thursday for the first time ever, was there 3 hours with still no answers to how much it will cost to pull my painful tooth out. Manager said he would call me friday and let me know. Never received a call, so i called and had to leave a msg never heard back Friday. I called Monday, spoke with a different manager explained my frustration. Manager states she will get back with me tuesday.... And today (tuesday) never heard from them. They overcharge your insurance . But the service is good.
Both myself, and a close friend of mine have had really bad experiences.., we will never use, or recommend anyone here.
They are very dishonest and try to take every penny that you have I will never go there or send anyone that way very unhappy they should be a shame of there self people these days
